Video Stroke Improvement - Session 4Goals. First we will review how each swimmer is doing with their set of prescribed drills. Then we will review the setup drills performed last week. Finally we will work through a set of drills that focus on the catch and pull. On the Deck Review the setup and practice the catch and pull.
