Forearm Focus - Recovery WorkoutObjective: Learn to use your forearm. Total Distance = 2000 yards Set 1 - Warm-up; Dist = 400 yards Alternating Drill/Swim Main Sets with focus as follows:
Set 2, 4, 6, 8 - Stroke Drill; Dist = 200 yards Set 3, 5, 7, 9 - Conditioning; Dist = 100 yards Set 10 - Cool-down; Dist = 400 yards; Return to Focus Overview or return to Workout Directory. |
