Video Swimming Improvement
5 Weeks Wednesday Evenings at 6:00 PM
This progam is for any swimmer with a minimal amount of swimming experience. You should be comfortable swimming front crawl one length of the pool with "swimming breathing" (i.e., swimming with your face in the water, and rotating to the air to breathe). If you need help getting to that point, contact Coach Bill for additional coaching options.
