Speedy Hundreds - Group Workout

Objective: Triathletes tend to get stale and slower during the summer. Too many long out-and-backs at Walden. We'll fix that with some quality 100s. Every repeat is hard, rest period increases.

Total Distance = 1700

Set 1 - Warm-up; Dist = 400
4 X 100: Drill 50/Freestyle 50
Drills (use these, a single drill, or any combination):

  1. Fingertip Drag
  2. Catch-Up
  3. 3 Left, 3 Right
  4. Sighting every 6th stroke

Set 2 - 10 x 100 as follows:
