Cat: EN1 Tarzan Half Lengths (Head up to mid-pool each length, head down
for remainder of length) Set 3 - Conditioning; Dist = 600 3 X
200 Freestyle + 30s rest - Training Cat: EN2 Sight every sixth stroke. Set
4 - Stroke Drill; Dist = 300 6 X 50 Freestyle + 15s rest - Training Cat:
EN1 Three Stroke Tarzan - head up for three strokes, head down for 6-8 strokes.
Set 5 - Conditioning; Dist = 600 3 X 200 Freestyle + 30s rest - Training
Cat: EN2 Sight every sixth stroke. Set 7 - Cool-down; Dist = 300
1 X 300 Freestyle Swim - Training Cat: REC Swim quietly, with head in
good swimming posture. Return to Workout
