Hip Driven Freestyle Progression - About

All of these drills need to be done perfectly. The objective is to drive your endurance stroke with your hips.

  • Suck in your belly, extend your neck, press your chin back
  • Shift from extended side balance on one side to extended side balance on the other
  • Do not disrupt your balance while shifting
  • Do not stall while extended
  • Swim with flow
