Practice longer stretches of swimming in a crowd.
Set 1 - Warm-up;
7:00-7:10; Dist ~ 500
Set 2 - 1 x 200 hard, with a catch - take your goggles completely off and replace at each wall. Get used to doing it quickly - Training Cat: EN2
Set 3 - 3
X 600 with lane lines or 3 X 10 minutes circle swimming with lane lines out -
Training Cat: EN2
Set 4 - Cool-down; Dist = 400
