EVF Focus - Recovery Workout

Objective: Learn to maintain focus on the EVF while swimming continuously.

Total time: 30 minutes

Set 1: Swim continuously for 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. Maintain focus on the EVF. It is easier to focus on one arm at a time. Try focusing on your right arm for 100 yards, and then your left arm for 100 yards. Or try focusing on your right arm while swimming in one direction, and on your left arm while swimming in the opposite direction. Note your laps at the end of the swim.
