Breathing Focus

When you breathe, you can disrupt your posture, balance, aquatic line and timing. The trick is to minimize the disruption - especially when the breathing cycle is also your sighting cycle.

Technique Focus Points

  • Neck Tall. Keep your neck tall when breathing. Feel as though you are driving the top of your head toward the far wall.
  • Chin Back. Do not lift your chin to breathe.
