Track Workout - Pose 200s

Warm Up

Perform pre-run dynamic stretches.

3200m easy run, with four 10-second strides

Main Set8 X 200m faster than your 5K pace (but not sprinting)
walk or jog 200m after each fast 200m
Cool Down1600m easy run
10 minutes calisthenics
