- Posture:
Belly in, neck tall, chin back, eyes straight down except when breathing..
- Breathing:
Breathe after the stroke, in side balance position.
- Upper arm:
Tap shoulder, tap hip and then spear the arm forward to the setup position on
the other side.
- Lower arm: Extended forward, catch and pull when
you feel your balance shift as the recovering arm enters the water.
- Legs:
Kick gently and compactly; eventually coordinate the rotational kick with the
arm stroke.
