- Posture: Belly in, neck tall, chin back.
- Begin in Back Balance
- Extend
one arm, and rotate as far as comfortable onto that side.
- Unused
arm: Relaxed at side.
- Head: Looking straight up.
- Legs:
Kick gently and compactly, keeping thighs and feet near the surface.
- Breathing:
Controlled swimming breathing: out through the nose, in through the mouth.
