Morning stretch/strength workout on the beach, two skill workouts per day, plus an evening lecture or presentation.

   Running Technique

Transportation from and to Rock Sound airport, dormitory-style housing, and all meals are included in the tuition ($2,000 - estimated - check back later for the final cost). Air travel is not included.
