Breakwater Freestyle
1 - Lesson 2 Sample Practice Session
At home: Daily, about six minutes. Dry kicking and Dry Sharkfin. At
the pool: Be patient and work slowly and mindfully. Do not practice struggle.
Perform each drill for about 5 minutes, then repeat the circuit. Rest for several
breaths at each wall. Begin every length with perfect posture. - Back
