Breakwater Freestyle 1 - Lesson 2
Sample Practice Session

At home: Daily, about six minutes. Dry kicking and Dry Sharkfin.

At the pool: Be patient and work slowly and mindfully. Do not practice struggle. Perform each drill for about 5 minutes, then repeat the circuit. Rest for several breaths at each wall. Begin every length with perfect posture.

  1. Back Balance Drill
  2. Front Balance Drill
  3. Side Balance Drill (begin in streamline from wall)
  4. Sharkfin Drill (begin in streamline from wall)
