Video Stroke Development Program |
Summary
|
This program uses underwater video to identify swimming
technique problems. Each swimmer will have private online access to
their video clips, with voice-over commentary and printable action
plans. |
Meetings
|
In the pool, one hour, once a week, four weeks. |
Audience
|
All levels of swimmers. Before enrolling,
you should be comfortable swimming freestyle for one length of the
pool using swimming breathing. If you need help getting to that point,
contact Coach Bill for additional coaching
options. The maximum class size is 12. |
Equipment
|
Goggles and a snug-fitting swimsuit; fins are optional,
see more info... |
Cost
|
$160 for Mount Auburn Club members, $200 for others

Initial video assessment and workout. Video clips, commentary

Workouts
2 & 3

Drill sets for each swimmer's technique issues,
and conditioning sets to build fitness and consolidate gains. |
Workout 4
|
Final video and workout. Progress will be assessed with
the video clips, commentary and action plans available online within
48 hours. |
