Swimmer Core Strength Program
Summary
Designed to increase core strength and flexibility for swimmers, this program can benefit anyone!
Meetings

In a studio, 45 minutes, once a week, four weeks.

Audience
Anybody who swims or wants to swim! Maximum class size 12.
Equipment
Sneakers, comfortable workout apparel, water, and a sense of humor.
Training Method
In an exercise room with minimal equipment that will vary from week to week, you will perform a variety of exercises designed to build functional strength for swimming, improve flexibility, strengthen your core, stabilize the shoulders, and prevent swimming overuse injuries.
Cost
$120 for Mount Auburn Club members, $150 for others
