Kick Set; Dist = 400
8 x (25 Kick in streamline + 25 FS easy)

Main Set; Dist = 2400
8 X 100 Hard +30s rest
1 X 400 Threshold w/PB +10s rest
1 X 400 Threshold w/Fins + 10s rest
8 X 100 Hard + 30s rest

Cool Down; Dist =400
1 X 400 - Recovery pace
Easy pace with freestyle and alternate strokes
