Posture

5 Your posture is very strong. At maximum rotation to your right side, I've drawn a line parallel to the surface. If I play the clip forward one frame at a time to maximum rotation on the other side, I can see that you''ve maintained a strong head-chest-hips connection as you move forward and rotate over that line.
Breathing
4 Very good breathing - but once in a while your head lifts a bit too high, and that disrupts your excellent posture. You will need to guard against doing this after sighting in open water (get your head right back down into the trough of your bow wave to breathe).
Rotation
5 Excellent rotation - see posture notes above and the head-on underwater view.
Arms

4 Extension: Excellent - you are reaching full extension with your arm extended at shoulder depth.
Catch: Elbow drops slightly during the catch. If you can leave your elbow closer to the as you begin your catch, you can get a slightly longer pull.
Pull: Good long pull. By getting your catch closer to the surface, it could be a bitl longer.
Recovery: Very good high-elbow, straight-ahead recovery with arm entering fingers first and very cleanly. This is great open water recovery technique.
Kick

5 2-Beat: Excellent 2-beat kick.
6-Beat: Not seen on this clip but it looked very good when used.

Recommendations

Breathing. Guard against lifting your head too high - this happens only occasionally but you can probably notice when it happens.

Try to develop an early vertical forearm catch (EVF). See the video clips on the "arms" webpage for tips on developing the EVF.
3
Hip Snap. By using hip snap to drive your arms into the water a little more forcefully, you may be able to get an earlier catch, leaving your elbow closer to the surface.
