Priority
Issues and Recommendations
1

Arm Entry. Your hands enter the water and then scoot back up to the surface. This delays getting your catch. Pierce the water with your fingertips (as you do), but be sure to extend your arm forward right at shoulder depth.

2

Kicking. Slow down and relax your kick so that you can coordinate every third kick with your body rotation.

3

Catch and Pull. Your catch and pull are deep, especially after breathing. As you reach full extension, continue driving your elbow toward the far end of the pool as you get your hand and forearm vertical under it. Then pull to the side of your body.
